Production Plant

The plant is fully automated and can recycle more than 1.500 kg of PET bottles per hour (12.000 tons annually).

It includes the following systems:

NIR positive detection system and color separator for clear PET, green PET and colored PET bottles and PVC bottles
Granulator and prewashing machine
Hot caustic washing system
Final washing system
Optical Separator
Two secondary production lines for green and colored PET flakes
